Lycos and the Open Directory Project

Lycos is now using ODP's database for their searches in addition to their own. You can submit either from the Lycos addurl page or from ODP's.

However you do it, you will want to follow the submission guidelines in our ODP section of this newsletter.

Currently it is unclear exactly how Lycos will be ranking those entries, but stay tuned, and we will find out.
